Bangladesh Endocrine Society signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) to become partner for clinical scientific skill developments for the junior doctors, general practitioners and concerned others medical practitioners in the field of endocrinology, namely diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS, obesity, osteoporosis, vitamin D & other metabolic disorders, sexual disorders & infertility and other hormonal disorders etc. Both the parties will partner in organizing training programs for the above said physicians starting from Dhaka and gradually covering the whole country. The experts from BES will instrumentalize the training program targeting the national demands fulfillment and will conduct those in regular fashion. Both the parties will try to arrange research works in the field of endocrinology as well.

Dr. Shahjada Selim, General Secretary, Bangladesh Endocrine Society (BES) and Prof Dr. Md. Ehteshamul Huq Chowdhury, Secretary General, Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) have signed the MoU in presence of dignitaries.
